What people ask before enrolling

Do I need a diagnostic class to enroll in A1?

No. If you're starting from scratch, you can enroll directly. If you have some English already and don't know your level, book a free diagnostic class and we'll guide you.

When is my spot confirmed?

Once we receive and verify your payment. Nothing is charged when you send the form: you'll see the payment instructions right away, and they'll also reach you by email.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer (Banco Guayaquil or Banco Pichincha) or by credit or debit card through PayPhone. If you'd rather use PayPal or cash, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.

What's the difference between paying monthly and paying for the full A1?

The level is the same: 16 weeks. With the monthly plan you pay 4 installments. With the full A1 you pay once and save on the level's total.

What if the in-person group doesn't reach the minimum?

The in-person group opens with a minimum of 6 students. If it isn't reached, we contact you before the start date to arrange the best alternative with you.

How do private lessons work?

They're online 1-on-1 lessons, personalized around your goals: $25 for one hour or $200 for the 10-hour package ($20 an hour). Once we confirm your payment, we'll send you a private link to choose your available times.

Can I enroll a minor?

Yes, from age 13. The form asks for the name and WhatsApp of a parent or legal guardian.
