The controller responsible for processing personal information is Israel Rodríguez – ProLeng, based in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

When you complete our forms or contact ProLeng, we may collect information such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, course or format of interest, and any information you choose to include in your message.

We may use your information to:

• respond to your questions;
• arrange a diagnostic class or assessment;
• recommend a level, format, group, or schedule;
• manage your enrollment and academic relationship with ProLeng;
• contact you about services you have requested;
• send you news, promotions, or information about upcoming courses when you have agreed to receive these communications.

We do not sell your personal information.

Promotional communications by WhatsApp or email are optional.

You may stop receiving them at any time by writing to info@proleng.com or telling us that you no longer wish to receive these messages.

Information from prospective students who do not become students may be kept for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal reason requires us to keep it for a different period.

Information relating to students, payments, or academic relationships may be kept for as long as necessary to manage that relationship and meet applicable obligations.

ProLeng may use technology providers needed to operate its services, including web hosting, databases, email, and other digital tools.

These providers may process information only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Our website currently uses technology services such as Vercel and Supabase.

For online private lessons we also use Cal.com (scheduling and booking of lesson times), Zoom (the lesson's video conference) and Resend (delivery of booking and access-verification emails). These providers may process the information needed to schedule the lesson, give you access to the video conference and deliver those emails, for example your name, email address, time zone and the booked time (or your parent or guardian's, where applicable).

ProLeng offers services that may be used by adolescents.

When required because of a student's age or the nature of the service, we may ask for information or authorization from a parent or legal guardian before completing enrollment or certain uses of personal information.

You may ask for information about your personal data, request that it be updated, corrected, or deleted, and exercise any other rights available to you under Ecuadorian personal data protection law.
